The Sattva Collective exists to change that.

The Midlife Circle, where you finally feel held
The Midlife Circle is our intimate, in-person gathering for South Asian women in midlife and menopause.
It’s a gentle, non-judgemental space where you can:
- exhale and arrive exactly as you are
- speak openly about symptoms, stress, identity, relationships and culture
- Listen to other women’s stories and realise you’re not the only one feeling this way
There is no pressure to perform, impress, or have it all figured out.
You’re welcome whether you’re chatty, quiet, emotional, confused, or simply tired.
What to expect:
- cosy, café-style or community-based venues
- guided conversations, gentle check-ins, and space for questions
- a room full of South Asian women who truly “get it”

Thrive Through Midlife & Menopause, our annual flagship summit
Once a year, we gather women, experts and allies for our flagship event: Thrive Through Midlife & Menopause.
This summit is a dedicated day to:
- learn from doctors, researchers, therapists and practitioners who understand the cultural gaps
- hear real stories from South Asian women navigating midlife, menopause and beyond
- explore topics like faith, fasting, career, caregiving, identity, money, and relationships, all through a South Asian lens.
- connect with others who are ready to break the silence and build something better together
