Roshni Ghar is a community-led mental health organisation based in Keighley, with outreach across the Bradford district. We provide culturally responsive mental health and wellbeing support to people from South Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds, including individuals who may not feel comfortable accessing traditional or clinical services. They offer a range of support designed to meet people where they are, with services that are shaped by culture, language and lived experience. Their team works holistically, recognising that mental health is influenced by many factors, including housing, finances, isolation, discrimination and trauma.
