Hello my lovely community,
Here’s the thing. This month hasn’t been about rushing forward. It’s been about building, steadying, and quietly strengthening the foundations of The Sattva Collective.
So I wanted to share where we are, what’s been unfolding behind the scenes, and what feels important to name right now.
A refreshed website, with room to breathe
You may have noticed that The Sattva Collective website has had a gentle redesign. Nothing flashy. Nothing performative. Just more clarity, more ease, and more space to explore the work without friction.
I’ve also added Google Translate to the site, so content can be translated into multiple languages for easier reading and understanding. It isn’t perfect, but it’s an important step toward making information more accessible, especially for women who may not feel fully supported by English-only resources.
This platform is being shaped intentionally to become a calm, culturally sensitive home for midlife women seeking information, support, and reassurance.
44 blog posts and growing
At the time of writing, there are now 44 blog posts on the site. Each one written to meet women where they are, whether that’s confusion, curiosity, exhaustion, or quiet awakening. They’re there to inspire reflection, spark conversations, and remind you that what you’re experiencing has a context. And you’re not imagining it.
If you haven’t explored the blog yet, take your time. Read slowly. Let what resonates land.
The Directory is taking shape
The Sattva Collective Directory is slowly and intentionally coming together. Rather than rushing to fill it, we’re curating it carefully, organisations, practitioners, and resources that genuinely align with our values and understand the nuance of midlife, menopause, and cultural context. This is long-term work. And it matters.
Supporting the work
If you’ve ever wondered how you can support The Sattva Collective, we’ve launched a fundraising page to help sustain and grow this work. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps us continue offering free education, resources, and community support.
You can find the page here: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/the-sattva-collective-cic.
Supporting us means supporting conversations that too often go unheard.
January: Cervical Cancer Awareness
January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, with Cervical Cancer Prevention Week taking place from 19th–25th January.
This is an important moment to pause and reflect, especially within communities where screening, symptoms, and prevention are still not spoken about openly enough.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing content to raise awareness, encourage informed conversations, and gently challenge the silence that still surrounds women’s health.
Meet-ups returning in February
Our monthly in-person meet-ups will be resuming in February. These gatherings are about connection, not fixing. Conversation, not comparison. Presence, not pressure. Details will be shared soon.
If you’ve been meaning to come along, February might be your moment.
Standing with the global Power in Menopause Campaign
We’re also proud to be supporting the global Power in Menopause Campaign, which is working to elevate menopause awareness at a global policy level.
The campaign is focused on recognition, education, and systemic change, and The Sattva Collective is taking part by amplifying the message, sharing resources, and encouraging declarations of support within our community.
You can learn more about the campaign here: https://www.powerinmenopause.org/.
This isn’t just about awareness. It’s about accountability.
Before you go
If you’re reading quietly, thank you.
If you’ve shared our work, thank you.
If you’re just finding us now, you’re very welcome here.
This community is being built slowly, consciously, and with care. And you are part of that, simply by being here.
With love and intention,
Kiran x
P.S. If something you’ve read on the site has stayed with you, or if there’s a topic you wish was spoken about more openly, reply and tell me. This work grows through shared truth.
