For too long, South Asian women have navigated midlife, perimenopause, and menopause in silence. Between cultural taboos and systemic medical dismissal, it can be incredibly difficult to find trustworthy, culturally safe healthcare guidance when we need it most.
At The Sattva Collective, we are changing that.
I am incredibly proud to announce that we are currently building our In-House Expert Panel; a dedicated team of leading healthcare professionals and specialists who deeply understand both the clinical and cultural nuances of South Asian women’s health.
Launching Soon
Very soon, this space will become your ultimate hub for trusted medical guidance. Our in-house panel will feature GPs, gynaecologists, nutritionists, and mental health specialists who are committed to translating complex clinical information into accessible, empowering, and culturally tailored resources.
From expert-led podcast interviews to downloadable digital health guides, this panel is being designed to ensure you never have to navigate this transition alone or unheard.
Watch this space - our founding experts will be revealed soon!
