The Sattva Collective was born to change that.
Why We Exist
The Sattva Collective CIC is a newly established community interest company that exists to support, educate, and empower South Asian women navigating midlife and menopause.
Founded by a certified Midlife Lifestyle & Menopause Coach, Kiran Singh of Indian heritage, The Sattva Collective began with a simple but urgent truth: too many women are going through one of the most transformative life stages without the support, language, or spaces they deserve.
What ‘Sattva’ Means
Sattva is a Sanskrit word symbolising clarity, balance, and inner harmony. It reflects the calm strength and grounded energy we seek to cultivate, not just in ourselves, but in each other. It is a reminder that even in the messiness of midlife, there is wisdom, power, and light waiting to be reclaimed.

Kiran’s Mission
My mission is to empower South Asian women in the UK to navigate midlife and menopause with clarity, connection, and cultural understanding.
I aim to break the stigma, disrupt the silence, and create safe, inclusive spaces where women can:
