Finding support that truly understands you shouldn’t be hard. This directory is here to make it easier.

One of the most common things South Asian women tell us is that they struggled to find practitioners, organisations, and services that understood their cultural context. That didn’t require a lengthy explanation. That met them where they actually were.

That is what this directory is for.

The Sattva Collective directory is a growing, curated resource of practitioners, support organisations, and services that are either led by, or have genuine experience working with, South Asian women. Whether you are looking for a menopause specialist, a therapist, a coach, a mental health service, a women’s organisation, or a nutritionist who understands the specific health landscape of South Asian women, this is a starting point built with you in mind.

Every listing here has been included with intention. This is not a generic health directory. It is culturally considered one.

How to use this directory

Browse by category to find the type of support you’re looking for, or use the search to find something specific. Listings include contact details, website links, and a description of each organisation or practitioner’s work.

If you find something useful here, share it. Pass it on to a friend, a sister, a mother, a colleague. The women who need this often don’t yet know it exists.

Are you a practitioner or organisation?

This directory is growing, and we want it to become the most comprehensive, culturally aware resource of its kind for South Asian women in the UK.

If you are a practitioner, therapist, coach, doctor, nutritionist, or organisation that works with South Asian women, or if you have personal experience of navigating midlife yourself and want to offer that knowledge in a professional capacity, we would love to hear from you.

Being listed is free. What we ask is that your work genuinely serves or is genuinely relevant to South Asian women’s health and well-being. Cultural understanding is not optional here; it is the whole point.

To apply for a listing: hello@thesattvacollective.org

Tell us a little about who you are, what you do, and how your work serves South Asian women. We’ll take it from there.
