Hello my lovely community,
I wanted to begin with a small life update before anything else.
If you have been following me, you may know that I recently had surgery, and I’m now in the recovery chapter of it all. Recovery has a way of slowing everything down and making you pay attention in a different way. It has asked me to rest more, move more gently, and honour the fact that healing has its own rhythm. So over the next couple of months, I’ll be taking things a little more slowly.
Not disappearing. Not stepping away from the work. Just moving with more care, more intention, and a deeper respect for what my body needs right now.
And honestly, that feels aligned with everything I believe this work is about.
The Sattva Collective has never been about pushing through at all costs. It has always been about listening, honouring what is true, and creating space for women to feel held in the realities of midlife, menopause, identity, health, and becoming.
Which brings me to some beautiful things I’m excited to share with you.
First, we’ve continued growing our interview series on the website, and I’m so proud of the conversations now sitting there. These are not surface-level interviews. They are thoughtful, honest, and rooted in the real lived experiences of South Asian women and experts helping us reframe this stage of life with more depth, dignity, and truth.
Our latest additions include:
Mani Kohli MBE: A rich and deeply inspiring interview on visibility, confidence, reinvention, style, endurance, and what it means to keep becoming in midlife.
Shireen Noor: A vital conversation exploring menopause through the lens of relationships, culture, silence, emotional labour, and the psychological shifts that midlife can surface.
Parita Kuttappan: An honest and grounding discussion around burnout, survival mode, mindset, energy, and the hidden depletion so many high-functioning women quietly carry.
Sadia Hameed: A powerful conversation on feminine power, nervous system healing, self-trust, and the difference between external success and inner fulfilment.
If one of these names speaks to something in you, I hope you’ll go and read. Slowly. Gently. Let the words meet you where you are.
I also have some personal news I’m still letting myself fully take in.
I was recently recognised in the UK Enterprise Awards 2026 with two awards:
Midlife Lifestyle Design Platform of the Year 2026
Midlife Lifestyle Design Coach of the Year 2026
To be seen in this way feels incredibly special. Not simply because of the titles themselves, but because of what they represent. The years of inner work. The rebuilding. The clarity. The courage it has taken to keep choosing this path and to keep trusting the vision, even when it was still taking shape.
So thank you for being part of that journey. Truly.
And there’s more.
My book: From “What Now?” to “Watch Me!”: Midlife by Design, Not by Default is on its way.
This project has been living in me for a long time, and to finally be able to say that it is becoming real feels deeply emotional. It holds so much of what I care about most: midlife, reinvention, truth, identity, healing, courage, and what it means to consciously curate your next chapter rather than drift through it by default.
I’ll be sharing more about it as things unfold, but I wanted you to hear it here too.
So this season, for me, looks a little like this: Healing. Recovering. Writing. Creating. Letting things take the time they need. And continuing to build this work in a way that feels honest, sustainable, and deeply meaningful.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for reading. Thank you for supporting this work, this mission, and this next chapter.
With love,
Kiran

P.S. If you haven’t visited the interview section recently, this is a lovely time to do that. One conversation might say the very thing you didn’t realise you needed to hear.
