Ah, thank you Solen! You’ve articulated a challenge so many of us feel. Transitioning from 'creating a brand around them' to 'giving them a real seat at the table' has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Would love to know how you're thinking about structuring your space!
I’m actually right in the middle of figuring this out, so your question really resonates.
Bloom & Build started very much around my own work and ideas, but I want it to become a space where women don’t just come to listen to me. I’m building more experiences where they can actually meet each other: coffees, walks, dinners, workshops, cultural experiences… and I’m also thinking about how the editorial side can give more space to their voices, stories and work.
I don’t have the perfect structure yet, and I think that’s what makes your work so interesting to me. I’d love to keep exchanging notes on this as we both build.
Solen, Bloom & Build sounds so deeply intentional! Transitioning from a single voice to a collective ecosystem is such a brave evolution. Those offline touchpoints like walks and dinners coupled with editorial storytelling are going to build incredible trust. I’d love to keep exchanging notes as we both navigate this, let’s definitely stay connected x

Absolutely. I have a feeling we’ll have a lot to exchange as both our spaces evolve. Really glad I found your work x
