Dear Beautiful Souls,
Make yourself a cup of chai, take a deep breath, and settle in. This month’s newsletter is a love letter to every woman navigating the quiet, powerful transformation of midlife. As Menopause Awareness Month unfolds, and with World Menopause Day on the 18th of October, let’s honour this time not with silence, but with sisterhood, stories, and strength.
At The Sattva Collective CIC, we believe that midlife is not the end, but an awakening, a chance to reclaim your voice, your well-being, and your truth.
October is a powerful month for us, a time to raise our voices, break the silence, and stand together in support of South Asian women navigating midlife and menopause. Across our communities, too many women still face stigma, misunderstanding, and isolation when it comes to menopause. This month, and always, we’re working to change that.
Here’s what’s been unfolding in our world this month.
In the Media
We’re honoured to be featured in two major South Asian outlets this month, helping to bring visibility to our mission and spark important conversations:
Asian Image: Menopause Awareness Month: Giving South Asian Women a Voice
Eastern Eye: South Asian Women and Menopause: Breaking Generational Silence
Each feature shines a light on why culturally sensitive support is essential and how The Sattva Collective is creating safe spaces for women to speak, share, and heal.
On the Blog This Month

This World Menopause Day (18th October)
Let’s come together, in our homes, workplaces, and communities, to speak openly about menopause and what it truly means for women in our culture.
Start a conversation.
Share a story.
Support a sister.
Because awareness doesn’t end in October, it starts here and continues with each one of us.
Thank you for being part of this growing movement and sisterhood. Together, we’re changing the narrative, one story, one woman, one conversation at a time.
With love and gratitude,
Kiran Singh
